Physicians can access critical patient information immediately, at the point of care. This information is simultaneously available at multiple locations, simplifying conferencing with colleagues on treatment courses.

The integration of Electronic Patient Records with the Patient Accounting module provides historical patient data that physicians can use for medical research purposes, while integration with Order Entry and Results Reporting retains all orders and results on-line. Information is secured by password limits, making access to charts available only to authorized personnel. Physician dictation cannot be changed after review and approval to ensure the integrity of the medical record.

The Electronic Patient Records module contains a window scrolling feature, and lets you cut, copy, and paste. The word processing capability is supported by an extensive spell checking function, relying on both English and medical dictionaries. With the ActiveX technology, you can build dockable, detachable toolbars that ease providers into the computer-based patient record.
