Electronic mail saves your organization time and money by sending messages without overhead and delay. Your message can be delivered to pre-defined distribution lists or to individuals, with options such as Urgent, Confidential, RSVP, and Certified. You can review your incoming messages in the privacy of your office or print them for general distribution.
You can define time parameters to retain messages, or override the retention period by individual message. A full document feature allows your staff to send large documents.
