The Customer Information Management System (CIMS) maintains a directory of names, addresses, contacts, and telephone numbers. Comments and notes, along with extract criteria and review dates, exist in each directory. CIMS is your personal directory, a marketing and follow up address file, or a tickler file for insurance policies, license renewal, and other business.
CIMS features a Job Tracking System to monitor statistics on job resolution. Inquiries review past history by keyword, client, screen, and system. It is flexible to use since categories are client-defined.
